Refund Policy

We want every booking to be a great experience. If something goes wrong, here's how refunds work.

Eligible refunds

  • The vendor cancels and cannot reschedule
  • The service was materially different from what was advertised
  • Technical errors during checkout

How to request a refund

Open the booking in your app and tap "Request refund". Most refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-refundable items

No-shows, late arrivals beyond grace period, and bookings cancelled within the cancellation window.
