Plans change — we get it. Here's how cancellations work.

Customer cancellations

• More than 4 hours before slot: free cancellation, full refund
• 2–4 hours before slot: 50% fee
• Less than 2 hours: no refund

Vendor cancellations

Vendors are expected to honour confirmed bookings. Repeated cancellations may impact ranking and account status.

Force majeure

In events outside reasonable control (severe weather, government action), we work with both parties to find a fair outcome.
